Experience a spiritually uplifting journey with our carefully planned 15-day Umrah package from Mumbai, offering comfort, guidance, and peace of mind at every step.

Day 1:

Arrival in Makkah & First Umrah Assemble at Mumbai International Airport and board your flight to Jeddah. Complete immigration at Jeddah Airport and meet our local representative. Transfer to Makkah Mukarramah (approx. 1.5 – 2 hours journey). Check-in to your hotel, freshen up, and perform your first Umrah with our experienced guide. Meals will be arranged as per your arrival schedule.

Day 2:

Ibaadah in Haram Spend the day in Makkah for relaxation and worship. Engage in Tawaf, Salah, Duas, and other acts of Ibaadah in Masjid al-Haram.

Day 3:

Optional Makkah Ziyarat & 2nd Umrah Enjoy a guided Ziyarat tour of historical sites Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifa, Jabal e Noor, Jabal e Soor, and Jannat ul Mala. Visit Masjid e Jurana and perform your second Umrah (optional).

Day 4:

Free Day for Worship Spend time performing Nafil Tawaf and extra Ibaadah at your own pace in Haram.

Day 5:

Optional Taif Excursion & 3rd Umrah Join an optional excursion to Taif with a professional guide. Return to Makkah and perform your third Umrah (optional).

Day 6:

Makkah at Your Disposal Another day for Ibaadah, additional Umrah, and reflection in Masjid al-Haram. Day 7 or 8 Journey to Madinah Munawara Checkout from your Makkah hotel and proceed to Madinah (4.5 – 5 hours journey). Check-in at your hotel and visit Masjid an-Nabawi (S.A.W). Offer Salam to the Prophet (S.A.W) and make heartfelt Duas.

Day 9:

Optional Madinah Ziyarat Explore Masjid e Quba, Masjid e Qiblatain, Saba Masajid, and Jabal e Uhud. Perform two rakaat Salah in Masjid e Quba and Masjid e Qiblatain.

Day 10:

Optional Badr Ziyarat Visit the Battle of Badr site and reflect on Islamic history with a professional guide. Day 11 – 13 Madinah at Your Disposal Spend time in Masjid al-Nabawi for Salah, Duas, and Astaghfaar. Visit Quba Mosque on foot and strengthen your spiritual connection. Day 14 or 15 Departure from Jeddah Checkout from the hotel and transfer to Jeddah Airport (approx. 5 – 6 hours journey). Board your flight back to Mumbai with memories of a blessed journey.

• Our 15 Days Umrah Package is designed to give you the best travel experience; however, the following services are not included in the package:
• Private transfers, unless specifically mentioned.
• GST (5%) and TCS (5%), which will be charged additionally.
• Excess luggage handling fees at airports.
• Responsibility for loss, damage, or misplacement of luggage at airports.
• Room service facilities.
• Any facilities, services, or amenities not clearly stated in the package inclusions.
• Refunds for unutilized or unused services.
• Refunds in case of early check-out or curtailed stay.

• At Tayyaba Tourism, we value transparency and convenience in all our transactions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for our guests. Please review our Payment Policy carefully before confirming your booking for Umrah, Ziyarat, or Holiday Packages.
• 1. Advance Booking Payment
• A minimum payment of ₹40,000 per person is required to secure your booking if your departure date is more than 21 days away.
• This advance ensures that your seats, hotel bookings, and initial arrangements are confirmed in time.
• 2. Payment Schedule
• 21–30 days before departure – 50% of the total package cost must be paid.
• Within 21 days of departure – 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
• Final Payment – 100% of the total amount must be cleared at least 21 days before departure. Failure to do so may lead to automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
• 3. Important Airline & Ticketing Rules
• As per airline regulations, no air tickets will be issued unless full payment is completed at least 21 days before departure.
• Delayed payments can result in loss of seats or changes in fare, for which Tayyaba Tourism will not be responsible.
• 4. Bookings Through Agents
• The tour cost remains the same whether you book directly with us or through our authorized agents.
• Tayyaba Tourism is not responsible for any cash transactions done directly with agents. We recommend making all payments through official channels only.
• 5. Documentation Requirements
• To confirm your booking, please provide:
• A valid Indian passport (minimum validity of 6 months, with at least 2 blank pages).
• A copy of your PAN card linked with Aadhaar.
• 6. Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
• If payments are not made as per the above schedule, the booking will be canceled automatically without notice.

• At Tayyaba Tourism, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. However, since we make advance arrangements for flights, hotels, and transportation for Umrah, Ziyarat, and Holiday packages, certain cancellation charges apply.
• 1. Non-Refundable Advance
• ₹40,000 per person (advance booking amount) is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• 2. Cancellation Charges
• 21 to 30 days before departure – 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Within 21 days of departure – 100% of the total package cost will be charged; no refund will be provided.
• 3. Date Change Policy
• 21 to 30 days before departure – Date change requests will incur a ₹10,000 per person fee, plus any additional charges based on revised fares, visa rules, or hotel availability.
• Within 20 days of departure – No date changes are allowed; standard cancellation charges will apply.
• 4. Additional Notes
• All cancellation and date change requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after approval.
• Airline, hotel, and visa fees are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

• To ensure a smooth and comfortable Umrah, Hajj, or Ziyarat journey, all travelers are requested to carefully read and follow the important guidelines below:
• 1. Mandatory Vaccinations
• Influenza and Meningitis vaccinations are compulsory for all pilgrims.
• Vaccinations must be taken at least 10 days prior to travel.
• Both original vaccination certificates must be carried during travel.
• 2. Documents to Carry (Original + Photocopies)
• While traveling, you must carry the following original documents along with photocopies:
• 1. Valid Passport (minimum validity of 6 months, with 2 blank pages)
• 2. Valid VISA (Saudi Multiple Entry / Umrah Visa)
• 3. Original Vaccination Certificates (Influenza & Meningitis – taken 10 days prior to travel)

• If your Umrah visa is not booked through Tayyaba Tourism, transportation services will be subject to availability.
• 4. Luggage Rules
• Extra baggage beyond the airline allowance mentioned on your ticket will be charged as per airline policy and must be paid by the pilgrim.
• 5. Service Usage
• Any unutilized services during the trip are non-refundable.
• 6. Room Allotment
• Rooms will be allotted as per the hotel’s management.
• Specific room preferences cannot be guaranteed.

• 7. Flight Ticket Pricing
• Flight tickets for Umrah packages can be availed at an approximate additional cost of ₹36,500 per person.
